Patient Forum Group

 

Want to know what is happening at your practice? Would you like to have an input to effect change? Would you also be interested in running a newsletter and organising health fun days?

Then become a member of the Patient Forum Group.

This is comprised of patients to the practice who meet up every three months and discuss issues and raise concerns, and get updates on what is happening in the Practice.  These meetings are attended by Dr Syed Akhtar, GP Partner and take place on the 1st Wednesday of the quarter.

We are looking to increase our current numbers in order to get more awareness of issues effecting patients and increase current patient activity in the practice.

The next meeting will be on the 4th September 2024.  All meetings are based at the Practice and start at 6pm.
