All our appointments are now telephone consultations which can be booked 24 hours in advance or on the day.
HOW TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT
You can book a telephone consultation by using our Patient Online Service or by contacting the practice.
To use our Patient Online Services you will need to complete the following registration form and return it to the practice: Patient Online Access registration form
Once registered you can access the online appointment system here.
We do offer telephone consultations later in the evening on a Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday for those patients who find it difficult to contact us during our usual opening hours. These consultations can be booked online or by contacting the practice.
EXTENDED ACCESS HUBS

In addition to the practice opening hours, patients in City & Hackney have access to GP, Practice Nurse, Pharmacist and Healthcare Assistant/blood clinic appointments from 6.30pm - 8.00pm Monday to Friday and to GP appointments from 8.00am - 8.00pm Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays as part of the Extended Hours GP Access Service.
These appointments are available at GP practices across City & Hackney. Patients can book these appointments by contacting the practice during opening hours or by calling NHS 111 when their practice is closed.
Staff at the extended access hubs will have access to your medical records to ensure that you receive the best possible care and support.
We offer the option of an E-consultation via our practice website, this is a set of online tools for you to check which service is right for your symptoms, get immediate self-help advice and find out what other services can help you or send us online consultation.
The online consultation is a web form that you complete about your condition; this is then sent through to the Practice and passed onto a GP to review. We will then ring you back (or in some cases email you) by the end of the next working date to offer you advice, tell you whether you need an appointment or offer you a prescription.
During office hours we aim to review your request the same day. However, this may not always be possible so we have set ourselves the target of ringing you back by the end of the next working weekday at the latest. Any consultations submitted on the weekend will be reviewed on Monday.
The Practice Duty Doctor is available from 8:00am until 6:30pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). If there are no telephone consultations available and your health concern/problem is urgent a member of our team take your details, telephone number and brief details of the problem and arrange for the Duty Doctor to call you back as soon as possible.
Our Health Centre has suitable access for disabled patients.
All the patient areas including the waiting room, the consulting rooms and the toilets, have wheelchair access.
A hearing loop is in place at the front reception desk and portable hearing loops are available for use in consulting rooms.
There are designated disabled parking spaces in the car park.
